Import Operation Officer

Job Description:

Managing customer requests via email and phone.
Handle customer quiries & provide solution.
Create booking.
Preparing and checking import/export documentation.
Costing and Invoicing.
Tracking of all shipment

Qualifications:

Thai Nationality, female and aged not over 30 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
Customer Service experience would be a benefit.
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficiency computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
Service mind, Hardworking, Responsibility and able to work under pressure.
Good communication skill.
